When do my meals arrive?

Meals are delivered fresh between 8 AM and 4 PM the day before you eat them. Breakfast is in your fridge when you wake up.

Can I swap a meal?

Yes - you can swap individual meals up until 7 AM Kuwait time on the delivery day. After that, the kitchen has already started preparation.

Can I cancel a day or reschedule?

Pauses and freezes can be requested via your account. The exact policy is plan-specific - contact us if you have a special situation.

How do I pay?

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Subscription is paid upfront for the plan duration.

Do you cover my area?

We deliver to all six Kuwaiti governorates: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra.

Where do I see ingredients and allergens?

Each dish lists its ingredients and allergens in your account. You can flag dislikes and allergies during signup so we never send those meals to you.
